Exchanges/Returns

All of my pieces are hand made, thus minior differences are to be expected.

If you find upon receipt something is broken, you will need to contact us within 5 business days of reciept.  Depending on the piece we make ask you to return it or provide us with full photos showing the complete damage.  At that time we will either issue a refund or replace the product.

Please note, we do the best we can to describe colors and styles on our designs.  Because many of them are glaze finished and the modern era of computer screens/mobile devices not showing exact colors, what you order will not be exactly as pictured, unless explicitly stated, but you will receive the same style/color as you have ordered, thus making each piece unique and its own art piece.

Shipping Charges are non-refundable. 

Sorry, due to the handmade nature of our items, we do not offer refunds in the even tyou are drunk-buying, decide the next day you have changed your mind or any reason other than defective workmanship.
